Homepage Sliders: Bad For #SEO, Bad For Usability

Sure! You can kill your SEO if you use sliders wrong… but… then again… sliders that act only on tags….???? Really? Of all things, your 30 researched sites used the same crappy slider cycling h1 tags around? Whoever programmed that is lost… true. But these days sliders act mostly on tags or tags… I want to answer this step by step… let’s see…. -Alternating Headings Talking smack about sliders because they can cycle around on tags is a little biased… Why don’t you blame the one who decided it was a cool idea to activate a slider to cycle on tags!? Because THAT is a bad idea altogether… -Flash Usage Sliders are not bad because of flash usage… lol that is just silly. -Poor Performance Again, you blame and criticize a good component based on a bunch of bad implementations.
