How to Train a Link Builder

Real quick - loved your new perspective on link building post. However....I kinda disagree here. You don't really need to train people how to do manual submission link building. For example it's pretty obvious that if you don't actively contribute to the conversation with something contextual that you're going to get deleted or banned if you put up spammy comments on a blog. It's very much the nature of the web for people that regularly use it, is it not? If it's not obvious that's something that a newbie link builder will learn very quickly when they check back on the blogs they posted on to see their post never made it through moderation. Outreach link building is the portion of link building that is truly tricky because you're dealing directly with people and therefore I feel like Peter's post is spot on and very relevant to what people are actively having problems with...
