They spend tons of their free time and often company time, in Google help forums, answering questions from frustrated Google consumers. Google has given these top contributors some major credit and recognition on the official Google Blog . In fact, they also launched a web portal just for them at google.com/get/topcontributor . On this portal, it shares details about that a top contributor is, who some of the top contributors are, and how to become one.
