Spammed Emails Into Contact Forms With Real Phone Numbers Ah..the trials of being a web site owner, eh?

@Tam: The specific problem emails are coming in off a contact form on the site itself. The specific issue is that the forms are filled out with real names (we assume) appropriate contact information which includes name, phone #, address info (we assume its correct), emails. The site/business offers a service. We respond normally with calls first. We do have an automated email response. We send out packages via snail mail and we'll text to respond. The particular problem is we are calling people who are Irate. They never emailed us and have no interest in the service. We are afraid of violating consumer protection laws and/or being reported for doing so, and/or getting negative reviews. Any of those would have a negative impact on the business.
