Google Drive Adds Google+ Sharing Functions

Google has announced another upgrade to its Google Drive storage and sharing tool that will allow users to post information directly into their Google+ accounts to share with colleagues. The firm said this would help improve collaboration among organisations by letting workers more easily share information such as presentations, PDFs, videos and other data, but restrictions can still be placed on data to stop sensitive information being shared. "Forms shared in the stream, like feedback surveys or lunch order polls, are interactive as well and can be completed with just a couple of clicks," Google software engineer Li-Wei Lee wrote in a Google+ post. "If you use Google Apps for Business, Education or Government you can make the post restricted to ensure that the discussion is only visible to people in your organisation."
