There probably isn't a single person in the world who could tackle everything. And, even if there was one person with the entire skill set, they'd be worth in excess of $150 an hour because of it. You'll need to contract out, pay for plugins, and ensure that the right people are doing the right thing to get it working. Things like that simply can't be done on a barter system - especially if what you have to barter with isn't something needed by any of the folks you need work from. The trick is that she'll never understand that. So, the simple way out is to come up with a price. Without having seen the site, I'd guess it's at least 50 hours at an average cost to you of $70-$80 an hour... so 50 times $75 is $3750. Give yourself a 20% margin of error factor so that brings my version of the estimate up to nearly $5000. Round up and that's the price. For all I know, though, you...
