How to blast my own SENUKE web 2.0 links

Ive finished a SENUKE x project and have a bunch of web 2.0 url and social network urls which have my site link as the anchor text. So to blast these with scrapebox over the next few days do I add these urls to scrapebox and comment on these blogs if its available and leave my site as backlink on the comment or leave out my site. Im a bit confused on what to do. Or have I got this completely wrong.
