Tracking Ecommerce Revenue In Google Analytics From Facebook Ad

I just started an FB remarketing ad and implemented the pixel code onto the confirmation page of our ecommerce site. FB is saying that 5 conversions have occured in the last couple days from my ad. I'll have him remove that but it'll still take a few days before we understand if it works. So without having to wait and see if this is the issue, is there other reasons why GA won't track the actual sales revenue in assisted or last click conversion report?
