Duplicate links error

I'm trying to resolve an issue involving errors on my site and partial information I get from webmaster tools. Would appreciate any help.... How do I find the entire list of links coming on my site? Google webmaster tools is showing me approximately 150 links on my site with duplicate meta tags. After I dug up a bit, I find these are all thinks to pages that shouldn't even be indexed. (My site was created on Joomla and there are a bunch of links that were created in the system but are not part of the site.) I'd like to add all the links to robot txt file. The trouble is, Google webmaster tools is showing me only 30 out of the 150 problematic links. Where do I find the rest ? (tried Xenu and didn't get the rest of the links.)
