Do you offer this information, written with the keywords your audience uses? (Pro tip: If you don’t have these resources on your own website, crawl through the help center on a competitor’s site.) FAQs. What questions get asked so often that they make it to an FAQ list? Clearly, there’s an information gap there. Sales. Talk to your sales team. What questions do they hear every day? Create a simple way for sales team members to submit their observations to marketing (you can even reward them for helping in this way).
