What to do when you need boring content to rank well in competitive SERPs - Whiteboard Friday

I am not sure if you are using this for a while but I really like the idea of using the word ‘Inbound Marketing Industry’ instead of ‘SEO Industry’ because this is how it actually evolves over the period of time! On the topic, IMO! It is quite easy and bit less frustrating to rank high for blog (or pages that contain information and valuable content) no matter how competitive the keyword is and one for the main reason is that they contain information that contains value and that further help one getting some high authority links. But with the sales page, this is not always the case! It’s less catchy and asking people to give them their dollars (directly or indirectly) so getting links for those pages is quality difficult... merging the information page with the sales page (or wise versa) is a good idea!
