According to The Construction Index, the NSCC celebrated the launch late last week at a high profile event in Edinburgh. Over 40 contractors, clients, architects, suppliers and officials are thought to have attended the NSCC event, which included a "Protecting YOUR Money" seminar which outlined how the elimination of cash retentions could make it easier for skilled tradesmen to receive timely payment for work completed.
